Ashley, a mom, writer and owner of Nest, a custom painting and furniture restoration business, shared her amazing story of her family’s connection to Kern’s Bakery. In the late 1940’s her great grandmother divorced and went to work full-time at Kern’s Bakery. Recently, Ashley was able to tour the Kern’s Bakery building and hear about plans for its future.
